What the Brand Financing Package Includes

Up to now it has been virtually impossible to provide finance, or other forms of funding, for items that are not considered by lenders to be “recoverable assets”.

Brand and corporate identity elements such as retail or showroom fit-out, signs, furniture etc have proved impossible to fund, except by the retailer using their own working capital or bank borrowings to support implementation programmes required by manufacturers. 

We have worked closely in developing a flexible funding package specifically tailored for brand implementation in retail environments. The initiative is designed to either be provided through the manufacturer to the retail network or directly to the retailers themselves.

It can include full or partial funding with variable timescales to suit the life of the brand and can include:

  • Professional services such as architecture and design fees
  • Site surveys and retail / showroom design
  • The majority of fit out including lighting, flooring, mechanical and electrical, decoration and the full refurbishment of the interior
  • Signage and building facades
  • Graphics
  • Furniture
  • Merchandising displays

  • AV, multi-media & digital displays
  • Computer and IT equipment. 

Whilst we are recognised as being a truly global manufacturer of the components that form a retail brand identity, we recognise that often specific elements are contracted to other manufacturers or suppliers.
